Well, I've been GM'ing on GMOD for around a year on other servers such as Clone Wars RP, And Warhammer RP. As well I've also been DM'ing D and D games which is an RP game for about 2-3 years now. And as well I do enjoy reading lore so most of "Not Lore Accurate" Events won't be much of a problem, I'm quite active and enjoy GM'ing for such. I also bring plenty of Ideas to the table for other GM's and I also work well with others as long as they don't try and control freak me or insult me in any form of fashion that is not joking around.[/color] [b]<>[/b]=14px[color=#e2e2e2] Describe Yourself: I am a young Texan Male, Which has some negatives and positives. I have a short temper to people who piss me off but most of the time I can be quite chill and collected, I use common slang quite a bit when I talk or type which can be confusing most of the time to people who cannot understand me (Currently working on that). As well I am willing to place time down to assist people in any which way I can due to my Hospitality, I work hard and long on planning my events to try and make them perfect for people to join in and have some fun. At times I can be a little racist but not in a derogatory way its more of a joking manner I also am able to understand when I'm angering people and such and stop what I'm doing to not spark arguments. I am also a person to listen to both sides of an argument before I go ahead and join in along and pick my side. I'm also non-bias towards people I know and I'm always willing to change sides depending on what happens within that argument. I'm also decent at Touch Typing and my max speed is about 60-70 words per Minute but I normally type at about 40 to 50 WPM. I used to live in Houston Texas but I recently moved to Tulsa Oklahoma. As well I'm also not afraid to tell people my age or gender and I'm very vocal about my opinions in a situation, I may be only 14 years old but I can be mature and collected in many situations that require me to be mature. I wish to become a Game Master on this server due to the fact we need more GM's to help support the player base as it grows, As well my 'Experience' with Game Mastering would hopefully bring assistance to the server when other GM's are not available to do events. As well I just find GM'ing fun and I prefer to GM overplay a character in my personal way. I also wish to become a Game Master to bring my type of events from the other servers I have GM'ed for and to bring my time here to increase my experience with other GM's. The rank means nothing nor does the 'Title' of being a GM nor does the account of being on staff, All that matters is I get to make events for the player base and have a good time exploring their character and watching the server grow with each passing day. The rank is there only to establish what you are But means nothing if you cannot perform that task to 110% of the time. To the server, I believe Gamer Masters are EXTREMELY important due to the fact they can bring things normal players can't. But all staff shares the spotlight as Admins and Mods take care and enforce the rules while the Game Masters bring the RP and Events.[/color] [b]<>[/b]=14px[color=#e2e2e2] Gamemasters are not considered staff, what is your opinion to or against it? I disagree with the fact Game Masters are not Staff, Game Masters should be considered staff due to the reason they work with Admins and Mods and also work to keep the server well and alive, GM's also can be credited with the reason many of the players stay within the servers grounds. As well they also watch over to make sure people do not cheat or take advantage of something they are not supposed to do in RP combat.[/color] [b]<>[/b]=14px[color=#e2e2e2] Create a format of your own passive event and an off-planet/ NPC spawned events. PASSIVE EVENT: Reports of Gang activity has brought a chief of the Police "Jordan" to recruit the Bounty Hunters to come and clear out the heavy Gang activity within the city.  The enemy count will depend on how many players, 5 for every one player. And one APC every 5 players, With this during the mission they will hunt down and kill the Gangers securing the city from future threats by this gang named "The Plague". Everyone will be paid 8-10K depending on how well they do, During this event, there will also be surprises and a hint of horror added to it. COMBAT/NPC EVENT: The players are tasked by the Empire to come on and assist in the destruction of the Rebels, Upon being placed in the combat the players can decide to assist the Rebels or assist the Empire. During the combat, there will be 3 NPC's spawned per player and there will be Air and Ground Combat. Anyone with a ship may use it for air combat as I would get another Gm to assist. Each player will be paid around 10K for there efforts in defending either side. And will gain that groups protection on future of my events and will be able to use their assets for missions that I do or GM's allow them to be with.[/color] [b]<>[/b]=14px[color=#e2e2e2] Past Experiences? I've been GM'ing on other servers such as Clone Wars RP and Warhammer RP for about a year now, And I've been DM'ing D and D and Table Top games for around 3 years and such. I'm actively doing D and D and D20 Modern on my D and D Central server were I do Table Top games on Roll 20.[/color] [b]<>[/b]=14px[color=#e2e2e2] Any issues with any rules or regulations or any suggestions? From what I've read I have no problems within the Rules or Regulations, But I do recommend a Personal 1 on 1 Event type stuff to allow a player to express there backstory more with a GM if they approve of it. And where Personal loot can be handed out at the staff's discretion. [/color]
